Short Bio: Fukui quickly made friends with Senna at the orphanage, after transferring in only a few days earlier. Not much is known other than he was transferred from a European orphanage for some reason, and that he is extremely skilled at video games and block puzzles, and anything that requires high dexterity. He is also quite friendly and very well versed in anything relating biology, this can probably be accredited to the fact that he has played a great deal of medical games.
